Graduations
The Graduations card draws the value gridlines of the web.

Style

Web and Circles need a shared scale
Both styles join equal radii across axes. With per-axis scales the same ring would stand for a different value on every spoke, which reads as a comparison that is not there. The visual therefore falls back to Ticks and shows a note in this card until Scale Mode is set to Shared.

Per-axis scales
With per-axis scales, leave Values on Every Axis on: each axis then states its own range, which is the only way a reader can tell that the spokes are not comparable.
