Center Label
Text in the hole of a donut — the total by default, or any caption you supply. The card is only available once the Inner Radius of the Pie card is above 0: the centre of a full pie is covered by its own slices.
| Property | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Show Center Label | Master toggle | Off |
| Text | Leave empty to show the total | (empty) |
| Font | Family, size, bold, italic, underline | Segoe UI 20, bold |
| Text Color | Color of the main line | #333333 |
| Display Units | Auto, None, k, M, Mds — applied to the total | Auto |
| Decimals | Decimals on the total | 0 |
| Sub-title | Optional second line under the main one | (empty) |
| Sub-title Size / Color | Font size and color of that second line | 11, #767676 |
Text and Sub-title both carry the fx button, so either line can be computed by a measure — a formatted KPI, a period name, a status word.
What the total counts
Left empty, the main line shows the total of the chart it sits in: the series total on a small multiple, and the sum of every ring on a set of concentric rings.
On a half circle
A half donut has a half-annulus for a hole, so the text hangs off the flat edge rather than floating in the middle of the box: above the baseline on a top half circle, below it on a bottom half circle. Combined with a target line, that is the classic gauge layout.
